This is honestly is the dumbest shi(r)t I’ve ever seen. Hating another musical genre who doesnt mean you any harm AND acting like women cant do whatever the fuck they please, make their own reputation, and calling it “feminisim” just to seem better than everyone else. All on one shirt. As far as it goes for most of the feminists I’ve met in our generation, they think that women shouldn’t be shunned for anything they do. I’m sorry, but I believe in equality. Basically, if a person is an idiot or a slut or a brainiac or what have you, then take them for what they are and move on. Justifying someone being something just because theyre a girl is actually the sexist part of it. Sorry if I dont defend that, now that women do have all the legal and social rights men do.

^ HOLY SHIT! Real sorry if we offended you or your musical taste with our joke design, which is a rip on a rip to begin with. We have nothing against the specific genre and actually have great friends who play pop-punk music (2, 3), so this isn’t targeting or attacking anyone. 

That being said, there are still many issues with your statement. Male-dominated bands playing pop punk, or even hardcore, music do not need defending of any sort, where as women who are constantly oppressed and face class struggles because of our patriarchal society and rape culture are still not socially seen equal to men, whether that be in schools or in the workforce or the military or anywhere. If you personally believe that women are NOT oppressed, I would suggest reading some work by Bell hooks.
